Federica Fornabaio, student of L. Einaudi (first of his course “Musica per Film” in 2006), is a famous composer and conductor. Although she is young she has achieved excellent results, as composer of soundtrack (she was finalist at the Venice Film Festival and at the Nastri D’Argento), conductor at Sanremo with Marco Carta and Arisa and arranger of Roberto Vecchioni’s “Love Song”. In the 2011 she has released her first solo album with Warner Music Italy, achieving critical acclaims.
Her live performance is a journey through her original compositions of some of the most known international movie soundtracks.
In the 2015, Federica Fornabaio has joined Music Show International srl, through which, after several years of waiting, she has realized one of her dream performing at the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome. Through an elegant concert, the artist has performed with some artists as Micol Picchioni, Roberto Izzo and Angelo Olivieri, mixed with some short movies, for which she has composed the music.
She’s now back on stage for three new dates in 2018 presenting in a special concert her new album, internationally published by Sony Classical, which will have – in addition to her new compositions – a song by the composer Ryūichi Sakamoto, ‘Asience’, selected by the Japanese conductor just for her new project.
